Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced WordPress & PHP developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom theme and plugin development, as well as expertise in PHP and MySQL database design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain high-performance and scalable web solutions using WordPress and PHP.
  • Build dynamic and responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways.
  • Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure robust and secure applications.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least 3-4 years of professional experience in WordPress and PHP development.
  • Expertise in custom theme and plugin development.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP and familiarity with frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter.
  • Solid understanding of MySQL database design, optimization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
  • Experience integrating REST APIs and other third-party services.
  • Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows in distributed teams.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, security standards, and website performance optimization.
