Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy/Assistant Manager to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of proprietary parts, manufacturing processes, and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage quality of proprietary parts, including electricals, rubber, plastics, and hardwares.
  • Expertise in manufacturing processes for above-mentioned type parts.
  • Awareness of parts functions, performance, and engineering standards.
  • Design validation plan, testing, and hands-on experience with OE suppliers.
  • Structured problem-solving methodology and exposure to materials and material properties.
  • Supplier upgradation for zero defects, process audits, DOL declaration, and process capability improvement.
  • Sound knowledge of Quality Management System ISO 9001 and IATF Preferred Industries.
Requirements
  • 12-15 years of general experience and critical experience in structured problem-solving methodology, QC tools, drawings study, and specification review.
  • Hands-on experience in parts inspection, soft skills, data analysis, and system-generated core skills.
  • Expertise in 2D CAD drawing, 7 QC tools, analytics, engineering drawings, measurement system analysis, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills
  • Communication skills, consumer focus, leadership skills, manpower management, and team building.
