We're looking for an exceptional Head of Creative Excellence to lead our artistic endeavors. As Group Head – Art, you'll be responsible for driving the creative strategy, overseeing design execution, and ensuring all visual content meets brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies for ad campaigns and brand communications, delivering results-driven solutions.
- Oversee and produce a diverse range of visual content for multiple media platforms, maintaining consistency and impact across all channels.
- Elevate and maintain our brand identity, refining its essence and amplifying its influence through expertly crafted visuals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is essential, accompanied by a minimum of 8 years of experience in creative design, preferably in beauty, skincare, luxury, or fashion brands.
- Expertise in industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects is required, combined with strong typography skills and attention to detail.
