Lead Creative Vision

We are seeking a seasoned design leader to spearhead our luxury township projects, integrating second home luxury and themed living concepts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of high-end living trends, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to translate concepts into exceptional design deliverables.

Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute design strategies for luxury township projects incorporating second home luxury and themed living concepts
  • Oversee master planning, architectural direction, landscape design, and interior styling in alignment with brand ethos
  • Collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, project management, and sales & marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, municipal requirements, and environmental considerations in all design plans
Requirements:
  • Experience in designing and delivering luxury township projects with exposure to luxury second home concepts, themed communities, and luxury township developments
  • Strong understanding of master planning, landscape integration, and premium interior design concepts
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing multi-disciplinary design teams
  • High level of creativity, design innovation, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with high-profile stakeholders and clients
