Job Title: Cancer Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate specialist to provide advanced cancer care in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with various types and stages of cancer.

Main Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage adult and/or pediatric patients with cancer.
• Design and supervise chemotherapy, hormonal therapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy regimens.
• Monitor patient progress, manage side effects, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive cancer care.
• Counsel patients and families on prognosis, treatment options, and supportive care.
• Ensure accurate medical documentation and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in oncology and evidence-based guidelines.

Skill Requirements:

• Deep knowledge of oncology, pharmacology, and cancer biology.
• Excellent decision-making in complex oncologic cases.
• Empathetic communication and counseling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Up-to-date with latest oncology research and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fellowship in Oncology (optional but preferred).
• Palliative Care certification (for advanced-stage care focus).
• Participation in national/international conferences or clinical trials.
