SAP Implementation Expert

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to join our team. This role will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP solutions for clients.

  • Job Description: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in implementing SAP solutions, with a strong understanding of business processes related to Core HR. They will be responsible for leading a team and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Conduct workshops to understand business requirements and capture data in workbooks
    • Develop and maintain configuration skills in areas such as Data models, Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Associations, Propagations, Position Management, Business rules, People profiles, UI Configurations, Workflows, Notifications, HRIS sync, Custom portlets, RBPs, and Reporting
    • Validate EC solution compatibility with business requirements
    • Provide problem-solving skills, self-directed work, and minimal supervision
    • Collaborate with SF modules like ONB, Recruitment, and LMS for integration
    • Bonus points for additional expertise in SAP HR module

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in SAP implementation
  • Strong knowledge of business processes related to Core HR
  • Configuration skills in various SAP modules
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
