Job Title: Senior Associate

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and organized professional who can effectively manage multiple tasks, foster collaboration among team members, and ensure the quality of tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and ensure the accuracy of tax returns prepared by Associates and Advanced associates.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of basic and complex tax concepts to assist team members.
  • Provide exceptional support to associates and advanced associates with their daily questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop a deep understanding of tax theory and principles.
  • Enhance teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with teams in India and the US.
  • Assist managers as requested and demonstrate independent judgment and decision-making capabilities.
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and coaching abilities.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of experience in US Individual taxation (1040).
