Job Title: Scientist - DMPK

We are seeking a highly skilled Scientist - DMPK to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the development and application of pharmacometric models to support drug development and regulatory submissions.

  • Experience in the development and application of pharmacometric models to support drug development and regulatory submissions is essential.
  • Extensive experience with non-linear mixed effects modelling is required.
  • Proficiency with software tools like PBPK models, Phoenix, R, PoPK, QSP modelling or similar platforms is necessary.
  • A strong background in pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) modelling, first-in-human dose predictions is required.
  • Collaboration with clinical pharmacology, biostatistics, and other interdisciplinary teams to inform clinical trial designs and data analysis is essential.
  • Developing and implementing model-based strategies to optimize dosing regimens and therapeutic outcomes is a key responsibility.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of pharmacometric analyses and reports is crucial.
  • Engagement with regulatory agencies and preparation of regulatory submission documents related to pharmacometric analyses is required.
  • Staying abreast of the latest developments in pharmacometrics and incorporating new methodologies and technologies as appropriate is essential.
  • Presentation and communication skills, interpersonal skills, and scientific report writing skills are necessary.
Key Qualifications:
  • M. Pharm (Pharmacology) / M.Sc. (Biochemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry) degree with 5-8 years' experience or Ph.D. with 2-5 years' experience is preferred.
