About This Role

We're seeking a data-driven and strategic thinker to manage paid ad campaigns on various performance platforms.

This is not just a management role but one where you will own outcomes.

You will be working with clients to drive real ecommerce revenue by:

  • Strategizing, building, and optimizing paid ad campaigns
  • Analyzing performance and making data-driven decisions to improve ROAS, CAC, and LTV
  • Owning weekly client reporting and strategic reviews
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive integrated results
  • Running A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Proactively pitching budget reallocation and scaling strategies

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 6-9 years of experience in a performance marketing role at an agency focused on e-commerce
  • A proven track record of managing at least $5K+ monthly ad spend per client
  • Proficiency with Paid Ads like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools
  • Strong hands-on skills with AI tools for ad copy, audience research, or automation
  • A strategic mindset, thinking beyond CTR to deep understanding of ROAS, margins, and funnel bottlenecks

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2C companies with excellent communication skills, as interaction with US clients is a requirement.

Key success indicators include:

  • Scaling accounts from $5K/month to $20K/month profitably
  • Reducing CAC without hurting conversions
  • Driving campaign insights that change a brand's trajectory
