Job Summary

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Supply Chain Strategies: Create, design, and execute supply chain plans that align with company goals and drive operational excellence.
  • Lead Supply Chain Functions: Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations, ensuring seamless operations across the organization.
  • Analyze Performance Data: Examine supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams to forecast demand and ensure inventory levels meet customer needs while minimizing excess stock.
  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
  • Implement Best Practices: Introduce best practices in supply chain management to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies related to supply chain operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Director or similar leadership role with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.
  • Demonstrated success in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is SAR 15,000 - 25,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
