Key Responsibilities:
  • Damage Assessment: Conduct thorough damage assessments and document repair needs with precision.

  • Communication: Communicate effectively with onsite teams, repairers, and insurance providers in a professional manner.
  • Insurance Claims: Prepare and file accurate insurance claims with efficiency.
  • Repair Quotes: Source and compare repair quotes to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Reporting: Provide clear updates and reporting throughout the process.
