Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to fill this challenging role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.

The Business Analyst will conduct complex analysis on industry key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations to management on the development of internal KPIs. They will also analyze internal and external industry KPIs to identify past and current trends and create trends and variance reports for management.

The successful candidate will develop financial models, profitability scenarios, and analyses to support strategic initiatives and process improvements. They will also design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide accurate, timely, and actionable financial and/or performance improvement recommendations.

The Business Analyst will work closely with management to support ongoing assessment and improvement of enterprise processes. They will also manage the key metrics and monthly reporting for the enterprise incentive program and act as a key partner to the business units and Corporate groups to provide operational and analytical support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, or business analytics and experience with modern AI tools used in financial forecasting, anomaly detection, and automation of repetitive reporting tasks. They will also have advanced modeling skills in Microsoft Excel with knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications.
