Job Title: Retail Banking Lead Analyst

As a senior Lead Analyst, you will help support and drive a large, growing book of work aligned to the Retail Banking sector in our team.

Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end delivery of client projects, interpreting market and industry trends to identify patterns, extract insights, and highlight emerging opportunities.

Additionally, you will lead client and internal meetings effectively; address client questions/queries using data and content expertise.

We seek an analytical, articulate, and proactive problem solver who will lead the analysis and delivery process.

Our ideal candidate has strong Master's degree, preferably in an analytical or quantitative subject, with 5+ years' work experience, ideally benchmarking, research, or business analysis.

Technical skills include advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel (including pivot tables) and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of financial services terminology and concepts is also essential.

Non-technical skills include engaging presentation and storytelling skills, project management of high-value products, and effective verbal and written communication.
