We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Creative Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of professional experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, layout, and digital graphics.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing brand collaterals, marketing campaigns, and product creatives that meet the company's branding and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design brand collaterals, marketing campaigns, and product creatives that align with the company's visual identity.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and practices to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
  • Translate complex ideas into simple, elegant, and impactful visuals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in visual design (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, layout, and digital graphics.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent).
  • Understanding of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
