**Job Title: Financial Specialist**
  • Location: Vadodara (Gotri)
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including billing, data entry, and reconciliations;
  • Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
  • Develop and implement efficient financial processes, resulting in improved productivity and cost savings;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of financial information;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting the role.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Tally software is essential;
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify areas for improvement;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field;
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
