Technical Content Specialist Intern

The position is ideal for individuals who have a strong passion for communications across multiple media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We're seeking an intern to help design content for our global clientele, crafting articles and other web-based materials that help self-service users learn to use the platform and achieve their objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to research, write and create content on various technical topics while maintaining clarity of audience.
  • Responsibilities include designing and building help center and training material, as well as owning the quality of documentation and ease of understanding of the content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in Mass communication/Visual communications or English Literature with 0-2 years of experience in technical writing for B2B products.
  • The candidate should be adept at adding/editing images, illustrations, Videos, Audio, to increase users' understanding of the content.
  • CSS, HTML5, and JavaScript skills are a plus, along with experience working in B2B SaaS companies.
