Job Title: AI Engineering Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned AI engineering professional to spearhead the design and implementation of advanced machine learning models and Generative AI solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled individual to drive end-to-end AI projects from data preparation to deployment, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed models.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Python and industry-leading ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and deep expertise in NLP, LLM fine-tuning, transformers, and GenAI frameworks.

Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex) is also essential. Additionally, a strong understanding of data engineering concepts, feature engineering, and large-scale data handling is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of advanced ML and GenAI models using Python and industry-leading frameworks.
  • Drive end-to-end AI projects from data preparation to deployment, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed models.
  • Apply LLMs, transformers, and other GenAI techniques to business problems, staying current with advancements in the field.
  • Guide and mentor junior AI engineers in technical delivery, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions, driving business value through data-driven insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and industry-leading ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
  • Deep expertise in NLP, LLM fine-tuning, transformers, and GenAI frameworks, including experience with MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex), as well as strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, feature engineering, and large-scale data handling.
