Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead to spearhead our quality strategy, ensuring seamless integration with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems. This role requires a strong engineering background and leadership experience in software quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement QA Strategy: Craft and execute a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with business goals and product vision.
  • Improve Testing Efficiency: Optimize testing processes through automation and process optimization.
  • Ensure Best Practices: Promote best practices in test automation, defect tracking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead and Mentor QA Engineers: Coach and guide a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering Teams: Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure robust and testable software.
  • Track and Report Quality Metrics: Monitor and report quality metrics, defect trends, and test execution progress.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 4+ years in a managerial or lead role.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber), proficiency in Python and SQL, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Desirable Skills
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
