We are seeking a highly skilled Productivity Optimization Specialist to join our team at Nonlinear.

About the Role

This is a high-growth role ideal for candidates great at learning, process analysis, problem-solving and logic.

As a Productivity Optimization Specialist, you will work with clients to understand their challenges, design and implement optimal business solutions on an array of no-code/low-code and automation technologies.

You will help businesses become more productive, scalable and predictable by collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders, analyzing and interpreting situations and data, formulating recommendations and solutions, and planning and delivering timely and accurate implementation of recommendations.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of at least one or two business functions or industries and experience in at least two no-code/low-code or automation tools.

Aptitude for constantly learning and improving at a high speed, excellent abilities in logic, problem-solving, organization and coordination, good communication and documentation skills, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Run productivity projects for a variety of clients across industries, functions, sizes, and geographies.
  • Analyze and interpret situation & data to unearth weaknesses and problems, and comprehend the causes.
  • Formulate recommendations and solutions with attention to clients' wishes, capabilities, and limitations forming concise reports.
  • Plan and deliver timely & accurate implementation of recommendations.
  • Implement business solutions using a range of no-code/low-code and automation tools as per project objectives.
  • Ensure team members have a clear understanding of the problem and guide them as necessary on solution implementation.
  • Drive the team in day-to-day client management, project management, and creation of high-quality deliverables.
  • Assist the client in adopting the solutions, resolve any discrepancies, and provide hand-holding/training/troubleshooting to client stakeholders.
  • Build proficiency in multiple no-code/low-code and automation tools as per company goals.
  • Build expertise in industries, functions, and processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • 2-6 years of experience.
  • Good understanding of at least 1-2 business functions or industries (mandatory).
  • Experience in at least 2 no-code/low-code or automation tools (preferred).

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
