**Job Title:** Conversational AI Solutions Developer

About the Role:

This is a highly challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Conversational AI Solutions Developer to join our team. As a key member of our AI development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow, as well as proficiency in Looker for data visualization and reporting. You will also need to have knowledge of CVP and ICM systems, with a solid understanding of contact center technologies.

In this role, you will work closely with our contact center teams to integrate Dialogflow with CVP and ICM systems, continuously improving AI interactions based on user feedback and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow.
  • Integrate Looker for data visualization and reporting to enhance AI insights.
  • Collaborate with contact center teams to integrate Dialogflow with CVP and ICM systems.
  • Continuously improve AI interactions based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in developing conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow.
  • Proficiency in Looker, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of CVP and ICM systems, with a solid understanding of contact center technologies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
