Ad Revenue Growth Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Ad Sales professional to join our team at Rooter.
This role involves driving revenue growth through advertising, performance marketing, and brand-related monetization channels.
- Develop and execute strategies to monetize app inventory and generate revenue
- Drive online media sales to increase revenue and establish brand position among online advertisers
- Create content partnerships with gaming and esports companies
- Pitch, close, and manage deals with major brand advertisers
- Sell ad inventory and improve yield
- Build, manage, and scale a revenue pipeline with advertisers, online ad networks/agencies, and maintain a threshold of ad sales revenue monthly
Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with key accounts in digital agencies and clients to ensure successful advertising solutions
- Collaborating with Operations and Brand Solutions team to drive revenues with key agencies and clients
- Ensuring timely deliveries and identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels
- Analyzing and producing reports for management
- Maintaining positive relationships with existing and potential clients
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience; an MBA is considered a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Ad sales (preferably Digital) with any advertising company/ad network/publisher/ad-tech company, with a track record of successfully managing client relations, negotiating, and closing deals
- Strong relationships with agencies and clients
- Fluency in solution selling, pricing, inventory control, brand building, etc.
- Ability and willingness to prospect, cold call, negotiate, and close deals
- Sound understanding of current online advertising trends and various advertising metrics
