Senior AI Expert Wanted

We are seeking a Senior AI Expert to design and implement industrial-grade AI systems. This role involves turning various types of data into auditable, evidence-linked decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design multimodal retrieval augmented generation systems over PDFs, CAD drawings, incident reports, and regulations.
  • Implement hybrid retrieval with reranking; target top-k answerability and traceable citations.
  • Build domain embeddings for technical terminology and craft routing/prompting for audit-ready outputs.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years building production AI/ML or search systems; 3+ enterprise deployments end-to-end.
  • Expertise in Python, SQL, and strong systems thinking.
  • RAG at scale: vector DBs, BM25, rerankers, prompt/routing strategies, evals.
  • MLOps/SRE: versioning, canaries/A-B, drift detection, observability, cost/perf trade-offs.
