Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled software developer to join our team. As a member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing new features, maintaining and enhancing existing features, testing and deploying code, creating back-end components, integrating user-facing elements, designing user interactions on web pages, ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile devices, and ensuring performance of applications.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in web-based software development
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience working with Ruby on Rails and ability to write clean Ruby code
  • Proficiency with code versioning tools like Bitbucket, Git, Github
  • Familiarity with MVC, REST
  • Good understanding of front-end technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3 and Bootstrap framework
  • Familiarity with database technology and SQL programming (we use MySQL)
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools (we use Jira, Scrum)
  • Proficient with Linux distributions like Ubuntu
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with frameworks like AngularJS, Angular, React
  • Experience with web servers like Apache, Nginx
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (we use AWS)
  • Experience in developing and maintaining APIs
