Job Title: ETL Data Quality Specialist

  • We seek a highly skilled and experienced ETL Data Quality Specialist to join our organization.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL testing with expertise in SQL and database management, including Informatica tools and software testing life cycles.
  • Responsibilities include reviewing data models, mappings, and architectural documentation to create effective SIT test plans and execute tests.
  • Candidates must also have extensive exposure to back-end/ETL testing, high-level SQL skills, and knowledge of data quality frameworks.
  • A strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, particularly AWS, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ETL QA on enterprise level applications including data warehouse testing.
  • Write complex SQL queries and determine testing types (data validation, regression, etc.)
  • Evaluate testability of requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
  • Test multiple phases in medium to large projects.
  • Review data models, mappings, and architectural documentation.
  • Create and execute SIT test plans and test cases.
  • Use Test Management tools like HP ALM/JIRA.
  • Identify and prepare test data.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of software test life cycles.
