Visual Creative Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Visual Creative Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, branding, and marketing visuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging visuals for social media, branding, and marketing campaigns
  • Create brand-consistent materials, including logos, brochures, banners, and website graphics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs within budget
  • Evaluate design effectiveness and provide insights for future improvements

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or corporate environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of branding, typography, and color theory
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
