We are seeking a skilled Front-end Developer to join our team of experts in delivering exceptional digital experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the front-end of our websites and applications using cutting-edge technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand's identity
  • Maintain and improve existing front-end codebases to ensure optimal performance and scalability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize feature development and bug fixing
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Adobe Target
  • Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, and other Adobe Experience Cloud tools
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistics, and CRO best practices
  • Experience with Single Page Applications (SPAs) and working with frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting front-end performance issues
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adobe Certified Expert in Adobe Target (ACE) certification
  • Experience with server-side experimentation and Adobe Target Delivery API
  • Familiarity with Node.js, Python, or other scripting languages
  • Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations related to personalization
