UX Researcher Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned UX researcher to lead strategic initiatives, inspire collaboration in a fast-paced environment, and deliver actionable insights that shape user-centered solutions aligned with business goals.

This is an opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in product design by defining research goals, investigating user behaviors, evaluating usability, and synthesizing insights.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Research Objectives: Partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize research objectives aligned with business strategies and user needs.
  • Investigate User Needs: Conduct studies into user goals, pain points, and workflows using contextual inquiries, ethnographic research, and interviews.
  • Evaluate Usability: Facilitate usability and accessibility testing, identify improvement opportunities, and provide evidence-based recommendations.
  • Synthesize Insights: Translate complex research into clear design and business recommendations; communicate findings via reports, visualizations, and workshops.

The ideal candidate will have experience in defining qual and quant research goals, investigating user needs, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and productivity.

A strong portfolio of UX research work, including case studies, usability reports, and research frameworks, is essential for success in this role.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on UX research.
  • Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to influence and drive alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
