Job Title: Full Stack .NET Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead our team's software development endeavors as a key architect and mentor. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in guiding teams on architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive Technical Vision: Develop and implement the technical roadmap for the team, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior developers, assign tasks, and facilitate code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Project Ownership: End-to-end responsibility from planning to deployment, guaranteeing timely delivery and satisfactory results.
  • Communication: Foster strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and Design teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Agile Methodology: Lead sprints, manage backlogs, and utilize tools like JIRA/Trello to drive project success.
  • Code Quality & Reviews: Enforce version control (e.g., Git), conduct thorough code reviews, and ensure scalable and secure code.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • .NET Development Experience.
  • Front-end Development Skills (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Razor, AngularJS, Angular, React).
  • Back-end Development Skills (.NET, MVC, Web API, Node.js).
  • Database Management Skills (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Full-stack/Integration Skills (.NET + Angular/React, MVC + Razor + Web API).
