At Spinach Experience Design, we are seeking a visionary Lead User Interface Designer to elevate our digital experiences. As a leader, you will be responsible for guiding a team of designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and engaging designs that delight users.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, and a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in designing responsive web and mobile applications.

You will drive the UI design vision and strategy for projects, lead and mentor a team of designers, and ensure designs are pixel-perfect, visually appealing, and consistent with brand guidelines. Additionally, you will collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.

As a key member of our design team, you will conduct design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and advocate for design best practices and user-centered approaches across teams. You will also keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to inspire innovative solutions.
