About the Job

Our team is focused on developing cutting-edge AI solutions to drive business growth. As an AI Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of AI scientists to design and implement innovative AI solutions that create tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of AI scientists to define strategic goals and deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Provide architectural guidance for integrating AI into real-world systems, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
  • Foster career development and learning by identifying skill gaps and promoting ownership.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to identify the right problems to solve with AI.
  • Establish AI best practices for versioning, prompt evaluation, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and experimentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical or product roles, with a track record of leading AI initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of technology fundamentals and AI best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and align technical outcomes with business goals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Python or close collaboration with AI teams using it.
  • DIRECT involvement in AI/ML projects.

  • Solid understanding of LLMs and the broader AI landscape.
