We're looking for an Automation Professional who can help us design and implement powerful automations using no-code and low-code tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring (JSON/XML). They should also be able to analyze workflows and build scalable, modular automation systems.

  • Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and build custom connectors where needed.
  • Develop a centralized automation library — templates, modules, and playbooks for reusability across clients and internal operations.
  • Work with stakeholders to map out business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation where it drives the most impact.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Airtable, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring (JSON/XML)
  • Ability to analyze workflows and build scalable, modular automation systems
  • Attention to detail and structured thinking — you build clean, maintainable systems, not quick hacks
  • Knowledge of Python or Java for building custom backend logic when required
