Job Title: Manager PS Data Operations

Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Patient Safety Data Strategy and Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient safety, data management, and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of our Sandoz Patient Safety Data Strategy.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams for Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestments.
  • Drive global patient safety data and technology strategy.
  • Develop and maintain systems strategy and roadmaps.
  • Manage system lifecycle and oversee performance governance of external service providers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and technology advancement.
  • Represent Head of PS on PV strategy and operational issues.
  • Evaluate pharmacovigilance inspection readiness and support inspections as required.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Information Technology (desired).
  • Clinical experience highly desirable.
  • At least 7 years industry experience, broad experience in Patient Safety, knowledge of drug safety regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in drug development in the area of Patient Safety and related Information Technology.
  • Life cycle management of business systems with a global user base.

Skills:

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

  • Thorough understanding of core Patient Safety technology components and Data.
  • Proficient in managing external vendors.
  • Experience with SQL and advanced Analytics Tools.
  • Good understanding of MedDRA, Disease dictionaries.
  • Familiarity with supporting regulatory inspections, responding to inspectors, and managing team actions.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
