Job Description

We are seeking an experienced software engineer to join our Trade and Transaction Reporting IT Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a suite of Java-based services that facilitate trade reporting in a timely manner to external regulatory bodies.

The role requires a strong understanding of software development principles, including continuous integration, build processes, and DevOps concepts. You should have experience with Agile methodologies and be familiar with tools like Git, Jira, and Confluence.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop software solutions using Java and related technologies
  • Maintain and enhance existing codebase
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements
  • Work closely with Operations teams to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Java and related technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, including continuous integration and build processes
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools like Git, Jira, and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
