Responsibilities
  • Managing the end-to-end change management process for SDWAN & LAN.
  • Reviewing and assessing change requests to ensure alignment with business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to facilitate smooth change implementations.
  • Ensuring all changes follow the ITIL framework to mitigate risks and minimize service disruptions.
  • Tracking change progress, documenting decisions, and maintaining change records for audit and compliance.
  • Conducting impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes.
  • Facilitating Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to ensure proper approvals and sign-offs.

Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in Change Coordination & Management.
  • ITIL certification.
  • PMP certification or project management experience.
  • Experience with network infrastructure, routing, and security best practices.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.
  • Strong stakeholder communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
