Job Title:
">Senior Visual Storyteller
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop innovative visual concepts and storyboards to communicate complex ideas and engage audiences.
- Design and animate graphic elements, typography, characters, and visual effects in 2D or 3D using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with clients and creative teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality motion graphics solutions.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual elements, aligning with client guidelines on color palettes, typography, and visual style.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
">- Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, composition, color theory, and typography.
- End-to-end project execution ability, from concept development through delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and video production.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering value to the team.
- Proficiency in animation principles, including timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, etc.
- Mastery of industry-standard software, including Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Creativity and artistic vision to develop original and engaging visual concepts.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and visual consistency in all aspects of the animation.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to convey ideas and work well with others.
- Time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn to stay current in a constantly evolving field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics work.
