IT Director
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled IT Director to lead our team in providing exceptional support and services to staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Technical Support: Respond to technical support tickets and provide timely assistance to staff.
- Network Monitoring: Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN networks, and internet connectivity.
- Security Management: Manage antivirus, firewalls, and endpoint security tools.
- Data Backup and Recovery: Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery planning.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV IP cameras, DVRs, and NVRs for camera surveillance. You will monitor real-time surveillance, conduct regular reviews of recorded footage, troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to surveillance systems, and coordinate with vendors or security teams for surveillance system upgrades or repairs.
Additional Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, routers, and CCTV equipment.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal IT and security policies.
- Training and Development: Provide training to employees on basic cybersecurity and surveillance awareness.
- Procedure Development: Assist in developing and enforcing IT and security procedures.
