We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to drive quality transformation and lead our QA engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement quality strategies to drive improvement across the entire SDLC
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure quality is considered up front
  • Lead efforts to assess and test non-functional requirements, including performance, security, and accessibility
  • Pair with developers to apply a risk-based approach for testing
  • Use data to evaluate quality maturity and implement processes to address gaps

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of QA experience
  • Experience growing and leading QA teams
  • Deep understanding and empathy for end-users
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Agile/lean methodology experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Meeting facilitation and organization
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • Change management experience
