Job Opportunity

As a seasoned Consultant Specialist, you will be tasked with overseeing the resolution of complex technical issues, collaborating with DevOps teams, and ensuring seamless application system performance.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Incident Management: Analyze and resolve incidents in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Problem Analysis: Identify root causes of issues and implement permanent resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications.
  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Regularly monitor application system performance and proactively address potential issues.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Core Java, J2EE, JavaScript, Angular JS, Web Service, Micro Services.
  • Application servers knowledge (WebSphere 8, 9, WLP).
  • Production support experience with Day-to-Day Monitoring and Maintenance, Deployments, Configuration, and Troubleshooting.
  • End-to-end testing of patching in a non-prod environment.
  • Good understanding of ITIL process (Change-Management, Problem management, release management).
