Job Title: Java Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with strong experience in building and managing applications using JAVA, Hibernate, SQL, JDBC, JMS, JMX, Spring, and Java Multithreading. The ideal candidate should be proficient in designing and developing scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions.

  • Design and Develop Scalable Software Solutions
  • Work on Security Vulnerability Remediation and Fixes
  • Collaborate with QA Teams and Partner Teams
  • Provide Regular Status Updates
  • Participate in Maintenance and Business-As-Usual (BAU) Activities

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for holding hands-on experience in application development and architecture. He/She will design and develop software solutions using Java, work on security vulnerability remediation and fixes, coordinate with QA teams and partner teams, provide regular status updates, participate in maintenance and business-as-usual (BAU) activities, identify and remediating security vulnerabilities, understand business requirements and translate them to technical design, communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, lead by example and motivate the team to produce excellent results, adhere to SDLC processes and agile methodologies.

Required Expertise:

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of JAVA, J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot, experience with web services, microservices, and API development, familiarity with database concepts, query optimization, and relational databases, knowledge of cloud technologies including Azure and AWS, experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and automation/configuration management tools, good understanding of NoSQL databases and their applications, ability to work independently with minimum supervision, flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
