Job Description:

This role involves designing visual communications to engage and inform audiences through the creation of innovative graphics, images, and other visual elements.

  • Collaborate with clients or stakeholders to discuss objectives, requirements and expectations
  • Interpret client needs and develop concepts that align with their goals and objectives
  • Develop design briefs and campaign materials by researching information and analyzing data
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts that meet client needs
  • Create designs, concepts and layouts based on knowledge of visual hierarchy, grid systems and typography
  • Presentation of finalized ideas and concepts to clients or stakeholders
  • Work with a range of media including digital, print and web-based platforms
  • Participation in meetings and communication with internal teams to discuss objectives and requirements from a design perspective
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in design and advertising
  • Collaboration with designers, copywriters, photographers and other creative professionals
  • Provide feedback to junior team members and peers on their work
  • Awareness of current trends in visual arts and design
  • Creation of key visuals, understanding font styles and elements
  • Awareness of emerging AI technologies and their applications
  • Demonstration of leadership qualities and guidance of junior designers

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Excellent design and artistic abilities
  • Experience of integrating AI technology into design work
