High-Performing Team Leader Position

As a seasoned team leader, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our company's technology strategy while leading high-performing teams of software engineers.

This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing teams of 3 to 15 people, taking ownership of delivery and architecture.

  • Lead end-to-end project teams, driving results through Agile methodologies.
  • Develop and implement hiring, mentoring, and performance review strategies to foster growth and development within the team.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across departments, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.

To succeed in this position, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 13+ years of experience in leading software engineering teams with expertise in Java, Node.js, React, Cloud (AWS/Azure), and Microservices.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in hiring, mentoring, and performance reviewing team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
