About the Role
  • Operational Support: Provide day-to-day support for Cisco IP Telephony and Video Conferencing infrastructure (Cisco, Dolby, MTR, BlueJeans, Zoom, MS Teams).
  • System Administration: Support and administer systems including Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connections, CUPS, UCCE, VoIP, and more.
  • Incident Management: Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve issues via ServiceNow (SNOW), collaborating with vendors or internal teams for hardware/software fixes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with these systems and a strong ability to troubleshoot, manage incidents, and provide documentation.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Networking/Telecom Administration with a focus on Cisco IP Telephony and Video Conferencing.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connections, CUPS, UCCE, and VoIP.
  • Good understanding of signaling protocols like SIP, H.323, MGCP, SCCP, and XMPP.

We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, experience in incident management and fault resolution, and a strong communication style with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
