We are seeking a seasoned interior designer to join our team. As a skilled professional, you will excel in creating innovative designs through collaborative conversations with clients.

You will be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the interior design landscape and trends to deliver exceptional solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving sales growth by owning the sales process
  • Ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout projects
  • Leading and ensuring quality and accuracy of design deliverables
  • Owning the end-to-end project lifecycle

Required skills and expertise include:

  • A minimum of 15 years of academic education or relevant diploma
  • At least 3 years of experience as an interior designer
  • Leadership experience in delivering 5-6 residential projects
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, including presentation software and AutoCAD
  • Design expertise in conceptual design, technical design, modular design, and construction
  • Strong sales skills, including logical and trusted sales pitches
  • Behavioral attributes such as result-oriented, teamwork, integrity, ethics, clear communication, and a willingness to learn
