The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complete bookkeeping in Zoho Books, including invoices, vendor bills, receipts, payments, expenses, journal entries, and adjustments.

  • Manage complete bookkeeping in Zoho Books.","
  • Create and manage international client export invoices in Zoho Books and handle bank reconciliations.","
  • Record and track accruals, prepaids, and adjustments for accurate reporting.","
  • Manage vendor invoices, expense tracking, and payroll processing in Zoho Books or related tools.","
  • Handle TDS, GST filings, and Softex documentation for IT/ITES compliance.","
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closures with audit-ready documentation.","
  • Coordinate with auditors and senior accountants to ensure statutory compliance and smooth audit processes.","

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce.","
  • Minimum 3 years of IT/ITES export accounting experience.","
  • Mandatory hands-on expertise in Zoho Books (full-cycle bookkeeping + invoicing + reconciliation).","
  • Strong exposure to audits, vendor invoice tracking, payroll processing, and compliance.","
  • Detail-oriented, independent worker with excellent reporting and documentation skills.","
