Research Opportunities in Knowledge Representation, Language Understanding, and Reasoning

The Knowledge, Language, and Reasoning Lab is inviting applications for positions focusing on research in knowledge representation, language understanding, and reasoning with Large Language Models (LLMs). The lab concentrates on developing smaller, efficient models for diverse tasks.

  • Conduct research in knowledge representation, language understanding, and reasoning with LLMs.
  • Develop smaller, efficient models for diverse tasks.
  • Create structured knowledge corpora to enhance the learning and performance of LLMs.
Requirements
  • Strong foundation in Mathematics/Statistics/Computer Science.
  • High proficiency in programming, particularly in Python.
  • Ability to write clean, modular, and scalable code.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, or work involving LLMs.
  • Familiarity with DL frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
