Oracle Fusion SCM Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, manage client interactions, and ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations and upgrades.
  • Engage with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Design and configure Oracle Fusion SCM modules based on business needs.
  • Provide expert-level support in modules including Procurement, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Order Management, and Costing.
  • Drive functional workshops and solution demonstrations for stakeholders.
  • Perform gap analysis, solution design, testing, and data migration activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and integrated SCM solutions.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.
  • Prepare detailed documentation including BRD, functional specs, test cases, training materials, etc.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Cloud or Oracle EBS SCM (with at least 2+ years in Oracle Fusion SCM).
  • Hands-on expertise in 2 or more of the following Oracle SCM modules like Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order-to-Cash, Costing.
  • Strong understanding of SCM business processes and workflows.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud implementations and supporting post-go-live environments.
  • Ability to perform functional configurations and guide technical teams during development.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Oracle SCM Cloud Certifications
  • Experience in Agile project methodology
  • Knowledge of integration with Oracle Finance modules is a plus
