Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance efforts for our web domain project.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and processes for web applications.
  • Lead and manage the QA team, including mentoring and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Ensure the overall quality of the project through rigorous testing and quality control measures.
  • Design and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Oversee API and performance testing to guarantee scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements and deliverables.
  • Maintain adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

About the Role:

  • This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned QA professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our project.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software QA testing, excellent analytical and logical skills, and experience with automated testing tools like Selenium or Mabl.
  • A good understanding of web and mobile-based projects is also essential.
  • The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Bonus points if you have experience working with Linux environments

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in software QA testing.
  • Excellent analytical and logical skills to think through new applications and strategize testing.
  • Relevant work experience in manual testing of web applications.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of automated testing using Selenium or an alternate automation tool (Mabl).
  • Good understanding of web and mobile-based projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously.
  • Ideally have experience with Linux environment.
