Job Title: Senior Associate

Description:

  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis of legal provisions to deliver expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • You will draft advises, opinions, and compliance reports, as well as prepare PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, trainings, seminars, etc.
  • Your analytical skills will be used to analyze client data to estimate tax impact on business transactions, while also building scenarios to identify the most tax-efficient business model.
  • You will contribute to articles, monographs, etc., and deliver excellent client service while identifying technical issues and firm risk concerns.
  • In addition, you will handle tax matters, including preparation of submissions, replies to notices, appeals, etc., meeting with tax authorities and representing clients during appeals.
  • You will work independently on multiple clients and take near-independent responsibility for smaller clients, developing a rapport with middle-level client management and enhancing commercial acumen.
  • To succeed in this role, you must stay abreast of firm-wide and competitor activities as well as general business trends, applying your knowledge to deliver solutions to clients and bring value to the manager.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to communicate complex ideas clearly.
