Job Title: Treasury Sales Professional

Level: AVP / VP

About this role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, delivering tailored treasury solutions and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients to understand their treasury needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Promote sales of treasury and risk management products, including liquidity, cash management and investments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (risk, compliance, operations, product) to deliver exceptional client experience.
  • Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and advice to clients.
  • Foster new corporate clients and expand wallet share from existing ones by identifying their needs and selling treasury products.
  • Leverage technology and digital platforms to enhance client servicing and efficiency.
  • Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, client coverage and revenue growth.

Qualifications & Experience:

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • An MBA or Graduate degree.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Treasury Sales/Corporate Treasury Relationship Management, preferably with Banks, NBFCs, AMCs or financial institutions.
