We seek a seasoned leader to oversee our luxury fashion store.

  • Team & Floor Management:
    • Guide and mentor in-store team members for daily tasks and sales.
    • Maintain a smooth and energized floor environment through clear communication and support.
  • Client Experience:
    • Offer styling and assistance to clients during visits and appointments.
    • Handle high-value clients with discretion and clarity.
    • Build long-term relationships through thoughtful follow-ups and service.
  • Store Operations:
    • Maintain accurate billing, order coordination, and daily reporting.
    • Oversee fittings, returns, order updates, and coordination with designers.
    • Ensure precise stock visibility and movement.
  • Merchandising & Brand Experience:
    • Keep displays updated, organized, and aligned with brand aesthetics.
    • Collaborate on in-store events, launches, and special appointments.

You will bring prior experience in premium/luxury fashion or designer retail, strong customer communication skills, and technical proficiency in POS tools and basic Excel/Sheets.
